Remote LogMeIn Scheduling Agreement

I understand that scheduling with be coordinated with me and a Clinical Product Specialist (CPS) from Medtronic. I further understand that the CPS will try and accommodate my specific requests for days of the week and times of day, but that scheduling will be based on availability of the CPS. I also understand that Remote Access assistance will be scheduled during normal business hours (8 a.m. to 5 p.m.) for my particular time zone.
